With more than 20 years of experience as a Social Worker and Mental Health Therapist, I have witnessed firsthand how individuals and families often fall through the cracks when they lack stable housing and vital resources. Throughout my career, I have served in medical and psychiatric hospitals, state agencies, school systems, the justice system, child welfare, and numerous social service organizations. Across every setting, one truth has remained constant: meaningful and lasting care is nearly impossible without a safe, stable, and supportive environment.
1st Elite Community was created in response to that reality.
Our mission begins by ensuring individuals and families have access to safe, supportive housing. From that foundation, we build pathways to long-term success through resource navigation, community advocacy, counseling support, life skills development, educational opportunities, and evidence-informed strategies that empower individuals to thrive.
